Shipping policy

MADE TO ORDER
Our print-on-demand products are made after you place an order. Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Your total delivery time includes both.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR US ORDERS
Production: 1–3 business days. Transit: 5–8 business days with Standard shipping after your order ships. Most orders arrive within 6–11 business days in total. Standard shipping costs $5.99, and orders over $150 ship free. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND SHIPPING COSTS
Production and delivery times vary by product, fulfillment partner, destination and shipping method. Please contact us through our Contact page before ordering if you need an estimated delivery date or have a deadline. We cannot guarantee arrival for a particular event unless we explicitly confirm this before you order.

Available shipping destinations, methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. A destination that is not available at checkout is not currently supported. We do not offer a universal delivery-time guarantee.

DISPATCH AND TRACKING
When tracking is available, we will provide it with your shipping confirmation. Tracking may take time to update after a carrier receives a parcel. Products in one order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

DELAYS AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Production peaks, carrier disruptions, holidays and customs processing can affect delivery. If an order appears delayed, missing or damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy when required. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

ADDRESSES AND IMPORT CHARGES
Check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after production or dispatch. Any additional charges for a requested reshipment will be explained before you agree to them.

Import duties, taxes or handling charges may apply to international deliveries. Amounts collected by us are shown at checkout. Charges not collected at checkout may be requested by the relevant authority or carrier, subject to applicable law.
