CONTACT US FIRST
If there is a problem with your order, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, print defects or an incorrect item, include clear photographs when possible. Please report issues promptly so we can help; this request does not shorten any legal claim period.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or differs from the item ordered, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law. We cover any return shipping required to resolve a confirmed fault for which we are responsible. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

SIZES, PREFERENCES AND CHANGE OF MIND
Please review the product description and size chart before ordering. Our products are made to order. Requests relating to a change of mind, a preferred fit or a size selected incorrectly are assessed individually; contact us before returning anything. Making an item to order does not by itself remove your statutory cancellation or return rights. Any applicable withdrawal rights and exceptions, including those for genuinely personalized products, take precedence over this policy.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will check whether production has begun and explain the available options. We cannot promise that a requested change will be possible after production starts. This does not limit cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If a return is authorized, we will provide the return address, instructions and any applicable return-shipping cost before you proceed. Do not return products to an address on the parcel without our instructions. Where a refund is due, we will confirm its amount and issue it to the original payment method, unless another method is agreed or legally required. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time. Any mandatory refund deadlines and rights to reimbursement of delivery charges under applicable law remain unaffected.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
